The Veal or Chicken Parmigiana is a
favorite pub meal. There would not be a 'counter meal' or 'countery'
in the country that hasn't got the Parmi on the menu.
Ingredients
1 crumbed fillet of chicken or beef (veal)
handful of grated cheese 1 slice of ham
1/4 cup of tomato pasta sauce
Instructions
Deep fry or pan fry the crumbed meat fillet
Cover with tomato paste
Add a slice of ham
Cover with cheese
Put under griller and cook until the cheese
is golden brown.
