Chocolate Crackles
Ingredients
150 gm Copha 2 1/2 cup Rice Bubbles 60 g Desiccated Coconut 15 g Cocoa 2 tablespoons of sugar
Instructions
Melt the copha in a warm saucepan
Mix all the dry ingredients well and slowly mix in the warm copha liquid.
Fold into the mixture without breaking the bubbles.
Spoon into patty pan papers and refrigerate for an hour.
Makes about 24
