In a bowl mix the mustard powder with the jam until smooth and
add the sauces and wine mixing well.
Add the lamb chops and marinate overnight
in a air tight container.
Grill lamb chops on a hot bbq or in fry pan
for about 5-7 minutes brushing with left over marinade.
For well done cook for another 5 - 7
minutes.
These chops are best served with fresh
green salad and washed down with the remainder of the red wine.
