Aussie Damper
Ingredients
2 cps of self raising flour 1/2 teaspoon of salt 1 cup of milk 30 g of butter or margarine
Instructions
Sift the flour and salt and rub in the butter and rub in the butter or margarine then slowly mix in milk to form a scone like dough
Knead lightly on some flour then place on greased tray and cook for about 30 minutes or until cooked.
To make gourmet damper, add some bacon pieces and cheese to the mixture before cooking.
