In a mixing bowl, cream together the butter and the golden syrup
with a hand-held electric mixer.
Slowly add the flour, baking powder, rolled oats, coconut, and
sugar; mix well.
Roll the dough into 2-inch balls and place well apart on a well
greased baking tray.
Bake for about 12 - 15 minutes, or until
golden brown.
Cool on the baking tray before removing to
store in an airtight container for up to 2 weeks. |
